DETAILS DETAIL DETAILS

Let's face it - we work in a people-driven profession. Working with a variety of individuals can be both the best and the most difficult part of our jobs. Individual perspectives, diverse ways of processing information and personality traits all conspire to keep us on our toes. How can we better communicate with the people we serve? What is the best way to handle that challenging customer? And just what exactly do we mean by customer?

Join us as we cut our way through the thicket of customer management with service professional Celeste Derozier. With over twenty years of experience in both business and not-for-profit environments, Celeste will provide easy-to-remember tips for working with the most commonly challenging personality types.

Dinner will feature:
* Peppercorn Chicken - Grilled chicken breasts with roasted artichokes and sundried tomatoes in an aged parmesan and peppercorn cream sauce.
* Shades Of Green Salad - Mixed Greens, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and bleu cheese tossed in a cranberry vinaigrette.
* Cheesecake - Topped with Baileys Caramel
